Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your PostureLine Pro Brace isn't working out for you, we offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
  • You must have your order number or proof of purchase
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to start a return:
Email us at [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items:
If your brace arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges:
Need a different size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
